Call, text, or send the details.
You get a person, not a call center. If we miss you, we call you back.
Phones are answered 8am to 7pm, seven days a week.
Tell us what your system is doing
The more you can tell us up front, the better we can plan the visit. What it is doing, when it started, and whether it has been worked on before. If you know the model number, tell us that too. It saves you time once we are there.
If your house is very hot or very cold right now, call instead. The phone is faster than a form.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but having it handy means fewer questions and a quicker answer. Your address, and what the house is doing right now: no heat, no cooling, a smell, a noise, or water somewhere it should not be.
If you know roughly how old the system is, say so. If someone has worked on it already, tell us what they said they did. That detail changes what we check first more often than anything else, because a part that was replaced recently and failed again is pointing at something upstream of it.
After you send this
We read it ourselves. Nobody at a call center sees it first and decides how urgent it is. If something you wrote changes what we need to bring, we would rather find that out now than standing in your basement.
You get a call back to set a time that works. We tell you the visit charge before anyone comes out, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Get a second opinion first
If someone already told you the system has to be replaced, you do not have to take that at face value. Send us what you were told and we will look at it.
