This page is a general summary of what we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. Last updated August 18, 2026.

What we collect

Only what we need to answer you and do the work.

  • Your name.
  • Your phone number and your email address.
  • The address where the work would be done.
  • What your system is doing, in your own words.
  • Photos or documents, if you choose to send them.
  • Basic website numbers, such as which pages were opened.

We do not ask for your bank details or your social security number through this website, and no form on this site asks you for them.

How we get it

Three ways, and that is the whole list. You fill out a form on this site, you call us, or you send us a text message. Everything above reaches us through one of those three.

Why we use it

To set a time and get a person to the right address. To do the work and write down what was found. To follow up on an estimate you asked us for. To send you a reminder before the visit so nobody sits at home waiting on a day that was not the day.

Photos you send stay with your job record, because knowing what the equipment looks like before we arrive changes what we bring with us.

Website numbers and Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics. It counts visits and shows us which pages people read and which pages they close. It reports groups of visits, not people, and it does not tell us your name.

We use it to decide what to write and what to fix on the site. Your browser or an add-on may block it. Blocking it changes nothing about the service you get from us.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your visit. That means confirming a time, letting you know someone is on the way, or answering something you sent us. Your phone carrier may charge you for messages, depending on your plan.

Reply STOP to any text from us and the texts stop. You can still call us, and we can still call you. Saying yes to text messages is your choice, and it is not a condition of getting service.

Plainly

We do not sell your information

We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. Nobody pays us for your name, your number, or your address.

Who else sees it

The companies we use to run the business, and only the part of it they need. That means the scheduling and messaging platform that holds our customer records and sends our texts and emails, and the analytics service named above. They handle it for us, not for themselves.

We also hand over information when the law requires it of us.

Asking a question, or asking us to delete it

Email office@moraheatingandair.com or call (240) 224-3419. Tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction to something wrong, or deletion.

Records tied to work that was already done have to stay in our books. If that applies to something you asked us to delete, we will say so and tell you what is being kept.

Next step

Ask us anything about what we hold and why.

One call starts it

Or tell us what your system is doing

Send us the details and we will call you back. If the house is very hot or very cold right now, calling is faster.
